Well, that's the 64 million dollar question. It will depend entirely on what your product is, and to whom the opportunity might appeal.
Congrats on your success Heidi. Do you have a Facebook page? Are you using Twitter and other social media? A lot of companies use social media because of its far reach. Also, SEO is something to focus on as well, so more people can find you via search engines.
I would not focus on SEO at all. You can take the majority of your income and invest it in PAID ads like pay per click.
