here's my suggestion, simply have a self discipline. Don't eat too much fatty food, be a vegetarian and play badminton.. I used to play badminton for 2 months and i lost 10 kilos of my weight..Before 60 kilos, now down to 48..
Diet, diet, diet! Did I mention your diet? whole foods lot's of water NO SUGARED DRINKS. coffee /tea is ok NO PROCESSED foods portion control no high sugar foods moderate carbs If you can follow these things, the weight WILL come off! Ad eny favorite exercise or activity and you'll be good.
