My first post, very exciting! I have been in MLM for 8 years and done fairly well in my market with the products I sell, but my team never seems to have grown like I wanted it to. Recently, I joined a new MLM company because I had a ground level opportunity. I want to build a solid foundation for this new venture. I have been exploring some of the forums and have seen some advise that I have not tried in the past. I am extremely motivated to make this work and grow. I think it will be a great company to be associated with. What is your top advice on getting people to want to join a New MLM? thanks!
I would use the key points on the benefits of being on the ground-level of the business. Their should be a good system in place that everyone can use. That makes it duplicateable. The phrase "systems work, people fail" has been stated before.
