    "Stinky Bread"
(otherwise known as Focaccia Bread but my daughter renamed it the very first time I made it, lol. It is now a family favorite!)

    Breadmaker Recipe
    Dough Setting
    Timer OK
    All ingredients at room temperature.

    11-12 ounces water
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2-3 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp dried rosemary (or italian seasoning)
    4 cups bread flour
    2 tsp active dry yeast

Measure all ingredients into the breadmaker pan. Select dough setting. When the unit signals remove the dough. Pat dough into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover; let rise for 30 minutes

    Preheat oven to 400

    Topping:
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

With the handle of a wooden spoon, make indentations in dough, about 1 inch apart. Brush or drizzle dough with olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 15-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, cut into squares to serve.

We love this bread for sandwiches when we go on picnics. Add some provolone cheese, tomato, green leaf lettuce, red onion. mmmm!! It would also be great with soup. It is REALLY EASY to make and sooo good!

This bread sounds Fantastic!! I would have never thought of adding rosemary to bread. I will definately try this.

This recipe is awesome, I have been making for years simply because it is so easy and my family loves it!!

Some people don't like the rosemary so much because it adds a lot of zest to the bread. Depending on who I'm making it for I just use Italian seasoning instead for a mild flavor. Personally, I love the rosemary.
