What do you guys think of the new scheduling preferences they are trying to put in place?? i am completely against it..when i started it was 180 sec then down to 160..now because 8 days in one month they are making it 140?? are these ppl getting the lows working electronics and clothing during times CS is NOT open and still able to give customers proper service?...what I see happening is everyone who does not have very low ALC are going to get stuck with the worst shifts and shows, getting written up ect..what i am hoping for is that they will quickly change their minds..they used to give you a rank and 1s got calls first ect, then they saw that wasnt working..What is everyone elses opinion??
