For all those in and enjoying mlm, and for all those that doubt the mlm industry and it's viability, this video is a must see.

Tim Sales exposes that fallacy of the Herbalife pyramid claims by Bill Ackman a wall street investor. As well as validates how mlm network marketing home business are amongst the best to partake in.

Thanks for the share. My sister is actually a herbalife member, it's tough getting customers - not to mention getting others to join. ;>

    Memories,

I was in Herbalife back in the 80's and hit six figures after three years and then it all vanished when health scare hit the press, and just like with the pumpers and dumpers in the stock market, it can hurt the little guys who are distributors the worse. All the talk about Herbalife being a pyramid are going to hurt a lot of people now that it has been all over the news and I caught live attack on MSNBC where Carl Icann was fighting with short seller, so obviously he was long and he got pissed off big time. Herbalife is in for bumpy ride given most people don't like MLM to start, and like me, I remember how hard it was to lose my income based on false health reports which nearly killed company. I give them a lot of credit for coming back, but no thanks, too much negative news again and I know it is hurting many distributors with latest claims of them being a pyramid once again.

    Good luck to all,

Herbalife does have customers besides the distributors. I honestly believe this is a witch hunt perpetrated by industry rivalry.

Love the video! Stock market is full of manipulating people and it's nice to see that someone speaks openly about it..

Herbalife has enough customers all over the world. Who cares what this investor thinks or does. Herbalife will be here for years and years to come just like the network marketing niche.

Short sellers are the cancer in the stock market, most are scammers who promote bad news and it works, over and over again. Legitimate companies are hit constantly, and the masses of asses follow, and there is no shortage of investors who will sell based on these rumors, blogs and email blasts attacking a company. This example says it all.

    Success to all,

Wall Street has been responsible for so much more pain and misery than MLM could ever dream. This is a blatant attempt to manipulate the market. Lest we forget overstock.com and a bazillion other pump and dump schemes.

    A couple of observations ....

    1. Yup. The news industry is hurting for news "not Obama related" because anything that would rightfully report about Obama would be negative to Obama and they don't want their ticket pulled for being invited to news conferences.

    2. Thus ... witch hunts abound.

    3. Thus ... once again, the small player, distributor takes it in the back with the long knife of "media" for the sake of saying they're "doing something" good.

    4. The company, in this case Herbalife, will survive. They aren't to be blamed as being "too big to care" --- they are taking the hit too, but they are also solvent enough to survive it.

    5. Therefore ... do yourself a favor. Learn the "how's and why's" of having MORE than ONE income stream. We did and it's the only way to survive in our "hunt you down" media environment.

    6. Have the best Exit Strategy there is. A TON OF CASH you've built up and DIDN'T SPEND.

    That's it for this round.

this is a great video and Tim Sales is actually a good friend of mine... I was actually at his place when he shot this video... Herbalife and Network Marketing will prevail regardless of all those "haters", media, gossip, etc.... It is a strong and wonderful profession and actually the only FAIR business in the world... that's just mine opinion... GOV had always wanted to keep most of the population under the rock and now since MLM profession is growing year after year like never before "someone" is getting scared that We The People found a way to take things in our own hands.

The more I think about it, the more infuriated I become at this obvious attack on Herbalife and network marketing in general. I'm sure the perpetrators are in violation of a few SEC rules; however, I am equally sure they will not be punished. The SEC doesn't like MLM, and they have their own agenda.

There is really only a couple of "defensive strategies" a distributor can have when
the "Gov" goes after a company or even an entire industry.

Don't be "one legged" in your income streams (or "one streamed" I guess)
and work work work to build your cash reserves so you have MONEY.

There are strategies to accomplish both.

Yes, save. It's not what you earn, it's what you keep. And don't keep all your savings in one place. Or one country or one currency for that matter.

Herbalife Stock explodes when George Soros, the famous socialist who made billions shorting the U.S. dollar is the master of stock manipulation strategies, so beware, he just bought a ton of Herbalife stock, so I wouldn't touch Herbalife now. lol

    Good luck,

MLM destroys the narrative that you cant make it with out government assistance. Not to get political here, but I am not sure that some people want MLM success stories to get out. Direct sales companies provide a vehicle where anyone can get started in doing something entrepreneurial, with no barriers to entry. We all know stories of practically homeliness people, going from rags to riches with a home based business. Sadly I am sure we all know people who are dependent, who have trurned down opportunities for fear of losing their "check"
