I'm trying to use the internet to sell a Hostel with my friend. Has anyone got any tips on how best to market the hostel for sale online?
Thanks for the advice but craiglist doesn't operate in the country the property is located in. Also I don't think you can sell on ebay without a deadline and admin costs. Do you guys have any other advice?
Peter M Here's a free listing site for Hostels for sale internationally: http://www.hostelmanagement.com/node/add/hostel-for-sale There are a lot of similar sites if you search the net. Good luck, it's a tough time for hostelers to sell. Even location isn't helping with prices much. A full reservations book helps a lot.
