My personal favorite motivational quote is simply:

"The purpose of life is a life of purpose" -Richard Leider

It's not really the quote itself, I would say, but more what I think about after hearing it. I know for a fact what I am going to accomplish, so this quote reminds me of it right off the bat.

Oh and I watch Jonathan Budd's videos which also motivate me. That would be a... 30+ minute quote?

There are many others, but this one stands out to me.
