Joined Coastal back in 2005...need some new info, please

    Hey Adam,

    I appreciate your input on this thread as well, bringing to light the
    incredible income potential that Coastal presents with earnings of
    $500 (using our system that is the "base rate" min. commission)
    and $1,000 (full level 1 Coastal sale) and more .. much more.

    And you're right, blatant self serving posts that are unprompted
    are really not supposed to be used. What I am pretty sure you're
    seeing here is a "contrived" sales talk. One person "prompts" the
    other with questions so the "Straight Man (or Person)" can feed
    questions to the "Dealer" or "Member" and stretch the rules a bit.

    Great ploy!

    In my case, since I do know all the parties here and they are pretty
    familiar with our system as we are of theirs, this is just plain old
    fashioned banter back and forth, each answering the other's call
    to action to explain ourselves.

    Both of us (Funtime and their TelPro program and us, The Coastal
    Closing Center) have our strengths, our weaknesses and we really
    cater to two totally different mindsets.

    We have made many many changes just in the past 30 days to
    how Members "market" ... pretty much eliminating the need to
    do anything other than break out their Rolodex (or Christmas
    card list or other source of names already in their possesion as
    those are free) and then, buy into the Dialer and Tele Center program
    at a monthly cost that is actually less than most Coastal websites.

    Since we don't have a website fee .. it's a perfect fit.

    Other than that ... I hope there ARE a LOT of readers taking all this
    in and they DO ask questions, and take in the info.

    That is what this is all about in the end ... learn as much as possible
    and then spend your hard earned money where it will actually
    get what you are after.

    The one thing we haven't done though ... is literally change "who
    we are" in the process. And we won't.

    So ... it's a new week! Let's get to it!

    You know what, atleast the one thing those of us here on this forum can be sure of. Is that we will always try to conduct ourselves, and run our businesses in a professional manner.
    There are other groups out there (who will remain name- less) that try their hardest to destroy, and bad mouth any competition.

    These groups tarnish what Coastal Vacations should be about.
    It should not matter what group you are in, what level of director you are. We are ALL after the same goal......to make money, and help others.

    We all want the same thing, and we all have different ways of achieving that. One way is not right, or wrong. Just some, may be more effective than others. Results can vary from one person to the next. A call center might be right for one person, or doing things the old fashioned way. Tel-Pro is just a NEW way of doing business........it may not be for everyone.
    For those of us who are Tel-Pro managers, we are glad we are here, because for many of us, this is the first time since we started our businesses that we are actually making money.

    Hey Everyone ...

    Thanksgiving is coming up!

    What are YOU Thankful for? This is a great time to give some thought
    to the things that STAND OUT in our lives.

    I've had some experiences this week that come to mind that didn't
    seem ... at the moment ... like they were something to be giving
    "thanks" for. Have you had any times when things didn't SEEM like
    they were great?

    But just when I was sure it was a conspiracy against me by the
    "Forces Of Fate" to make my life more complicated --- guess what?

    We ended up with a great new look, secure server transmission
    of all our payments now, fantastic new training for Staff --- all that
    and everyone came out HAPPY FOR IT ALL.

    So, when the things don't seem to be going "well" --- stop and
    ask, "What is this pushing me to do? What is it that when I do it
    or it happens, will be GREAT about it?"

    Asking better questions always gets you better answers.

    Have a fantastic weekend and a THANKFUL Thanksgiving, everyone.
