Just hired. I have to sign on for the first time with user name

Signing on for the first time with user name. I will not let me get past selecting a password because it gives me this message:

There are not enough question set to authenticate you. Please contact the help desk.

I need help I can not even get started.

 

Email them to see what they say.

 

Thanks I emailed them and I found out their help desk number off of Facebook. It was a server issue and I had to wait until later that night and then it let me sign in. Thanks
