I personally use Ezine and Go Articles but there are several more sites out there. I like eZineArticles, Buzzle and Amazines for free submissions. iSnare is great for paid distribution. (GoArticles, ArticleDashboard and ArticleBase are partners) A new one to me that I am checking out is The Free Traffic System... lots of good feedback.
