I missed most of the webinar tonight, but what I did catch was a lot of talk about not using the name ASD or Ad Cash Generator in any of our sig lines, blogs, web pages, etc. How in the world are you supposed to advertise when you aren't allowed to advertise, ya know what I mean? We have to cloak the ASD name so much. I was using this in my sig line: ASDAdsPayCashDaily and even bought the domain name. I asked about this in the webinar and Rayda said it was a blatant violation of the TOS. I sure hope it's ok to use AdsPayCashDaily. I also purchased dailycashtoadvertise.com.....hope that one is ok. Just be aware you can get your account terminated if you use any part of the ASD name or Ad Cash Generator according to what was said in the webinar. On the upside I was able to purchase an ad pack tonight and get the surf site to partially load.
tinamarie: I think your other domain dailycashtoadvertise.com is fine because it's generic. No ASD or Cash Generator in it. Some companies are very protective of their names and I think that's a plus when you think about it because it can lead to misuse and abuse both inadvertently and by competitors. I would double check, but can't see how a generic name would be a problem. No ASD and no Cash Generator in the name is a good rule.

"Not allowed to use their name in any of your weblogs, postings, no mention of the company you are trying to promote. Would you say it defeats the purpose? Hi there It is probably a good thing. Too many people are using domains to advertise AdSurfDaily with misleading content etc. When people see the ASD in the link or Ad Cash Generator in the link, they think it is official and from the company There are so many members now that I guess the rules will get stricter and this will help stop abuse.
This topic does raise a good question. Copied from the TOS: "Approval is required for (but not limited to) email advertising, private websites, blogs, forums, social networking sites, mailers, pamphlets, flyers, any and all printed material and all forms of verbal communications PRIOR to the commencement of your chosen form of advertising." So. we can't even TALK about without prior approval? Wow Tinamariec! you were able to login/buy ad packs? Woot! to you! I can't get in at all this morning.
It's kind of silly to me too! When you go to promote a company like Avon you don't leave out the fact that it's Avon ,do you? The name Avon is what sells the product. I'm sure people maybe misleading on websites and such, but using ASD in your sig line or on forums is just not that big a deal. It's like were are trying to hide the fact that it is ASD. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong on this, but the other two companies I'm in proudly let me use their name. Terri, Rayda said she thinks sometime Monday the site will be back up.
