Reset Password, Now I can't change it

    I reset my password and had it emailed to me.

    I go into the area to change my password.

    I enter the password that was emailed to me and my new password.

    The forum keeps telling me:

    The following error occurred:

    Your existing password is not correct.

    Are others too experiencing this? Just send me a message using the contact form. I'll again reset the password. May be you can change after that, as earlier password was reset externally by the conversion system.

    Vishal,

    That fixed it.

    I logged out. Requested the new password. And after logging in with it, I was able to change the password.
