Spinach with curd

    Heat up a little oil in a frying pan.
    Add mustard seeds.
    Saute one finely chopped onion.
    Add green chilli (chopped) or red chilli powder.
    Add some finely chopped spinach.
    Turn off the heat.
    Add a little curd.
    Add salt to taste.

    Yummy and hubby loves it.
    Great with roti or rice.
