Swiss Halley - Tourism MLM- suitable for American Market?

Hello,

did anyone heard about Swiss Halley?
It is an new European MLM based on travel services (of course , the main reason is to make money to pay bills, not only to travel cheap) and I want to ask if you think that is suitable for American Market.
Is there anyone from USA involved in this MLM?
I'm asking that because here in Romania people are not used to work for themselves and prefer to stay employees for life. So, I try to extend in some other countries
