I would suggest to :
1. Build a highly professional site
2. Clear write your contact address and phone numbers
3. Start with a very low cost - you can win the confidence by ensuring money back guarantee.
4. Provide sample - if possible - of your product.
5. If it is about monthly rental, provide 1 month trial period and let the user earn.
