Ofcourse, no doubt , it is breast milk.If your baby sleeps at least 1hour after a feed and passes urine and stools normal with a weight gain of at least 20 grams per day then your baby is adequately fed. Nursing mothers should take plenty of liquids of at least 3 liters per day to maintain adequate breast milk production.

Yap!nursing babies by breastfeeding will benefit them in taking colostrum.it is the most nutritious fluid that will release from the breast to the baby by sucking.

All my kids and grandkids were raised on their mama's milk.
Wouldn't have it any other way.
Coconut milk or Almond milk now that they are weened.

Ofcourse mothers milk is the best. Mother should feed their kids after every 2 hrs. Mothers milk good immunity to the child. Atleast starting 6 months mothers should feed their baby.

Some women don't have enough milk in them and there are other alternatives on the market.

Just2EZ: Coconut milk or Almond milk now that they are weened.
This can be it. I am not a doctor so I don't really know.
