This product claims that you can submit diff. articles to multiple search engines, thus giving hundreds of backlinks to your site, which improves ranking.
Anyone tried?

I haven't tried it, but it is probably legitimate. However, I don't know how backlinks will count for INDIVIDUAL search engines. I've also heard that if you have too many backlinks "pop up" on the internet at once, it can actually hurt your PR.

I think for the current PR update , backlinks do not count much towards your PR
