Not seeing this in search. I joined to try it out and so far really like it.
Any of you in this?

What I'm seeing so far is it's completely free and they have an attractive, simple website. Seems to be lots of people joining every day. Very friendly forum with a founder that stays in touch with members and responds to requests. They are very strong about keeping their free biz 'free' ~ so I'm pretty impressed.
I also like how they have eBay and Walmart. (Ebay sellers get their stores listed for free).

I had several people sign up during my first week, and even started earning from them. (Of course earnings are small since I just started). Wondered how it's going with others?

From what I've read so far ~
BigCrumbs has been paying members for 2 years now.
Payments are made every month with no minimum amount requirement, so you don't have to reach a certain amount to get paid.
Payments are made through Paypal, so you don't have to purchase anything to get paid.
The cash back (rebate) amounts are some of the highest I've seen anywhere, so people are actually shopping, which = earnings for people who referred them.
I haven't seen anything huge as far as earnings yet, but as more people are joining, the amounts are increasing nicely.

I saw an ad for BigCrumbs for the first time yesterday.... very similar to My Power Mall. I am curious though why I've only heard of BigCrums yesterday since they've apparently been around since 2005, and MPM has only been around since March 2007 and I see their ads everywhere. I have to say... each company seems to have its advantages, but they're very much on the same wavelength.

I wondered the same thing as you.
What I found out was BigCrumbs started out with less stores and grew at a comfortable pace. They took their time and remained organized. They didn't want to pile on stores people would never use. Instead, they have been listening to requests by members and adding those stores on. On a regular basis, stores are being added per request ~ ones that we all love and use.

What I really respect about BigCrumbs is how they take their time to ensure everything about this free biz "stays" free. No debit card costs, no tools that end up costing any money, etc. ~ They refuse for anyone to feel left behind because of costs.

BigCrumbs does not push or rush advertising. It's simply "there" for its members with what it offers. What it offers is what made me switch to BigCrumbs.
I like how you get the full % that is shown for each store when you shop (not 7% of a %).
I like how the much higher rebates = more people shopping = more commissions.
I like how there is no changing or unexpected expenses to get paid or to advertise.
I like how I don't have to read through a ton of training letters.
I like how you get paid every month regardless of earnings amount.
I like how they are stable and organized ~ so I feel comfortable about signing people up.
And I like getting rebates every time I shop on eBay too.

Many other people are now starting to see these benefits as well.
It has now grown to a point where a lot of people are hearing about it and joining every day as they see what a simple and generous biz it really is.

Thanks for the respons.... I have looked at BigCrumbs in more detail. I have also been keeping a spreadsheet of rebate percentages between Ebates.com and My Power Mall and now added BigCrumbs. And yes, BigCrumbs has the highest rebate in most cases, sometimes Ebates, but not typically MPM. Hmmmm.... So I think that at least for now, I'm going to become a crumb saver... I don't know how I feel about trying to promote it after giving my all to MPM... I still have business cards, etc. and have hounded my family and friends to the point that if I try to share BC with them, they're going to think I'm nuts. How did you handle switching from MPM to BC??

After a full month of advertising MPM, I never received one single sign up. So switching over was not a problem at all for me.
After just a couple weeks with BigCrumbs, I was able to get over 20 people signed up .. go figure.

I can certainly understand your situation. After so much hard work and getting people to join with you in MPM, I wouldn't be in a hurry to switch over either.

There are a lot of people that do both while deciding which fits them best. Each biz fits certain people depending on what they are looking for. People who enjoy dedicating to community and working with non-profits are going to enjoy working with MPM. People who want high rebates shopping online (and like eBay) are gonna enjoy BigCrumbs.

Just keep trying out things that have your interest, and in time I'm sure you'll find your "fit" with what feels right.

Wanted to add ~ yes, I've looked at Ebates, Mr. Rebates, Ayopah, and many others too. Sometimes one of the other places may have a higher rebate for a particular store, but overall I've seen the best with BC. Also, I like having the option to receive an income through a downline, and I believe places like Ebates and Mr. Rebates only offer a one-time small payment when someone signs directly under you and purchases something.

Lots of people would agree with you there Ashley!

More people are joining BigCrumbs every day ~ especially now because many people don't like the idea of being forced to shop every month. People can shop whenever they want in BC.... and they do it often because of the great rebates!

My favorite places in BC are Walmart because of the great deals, and eBay because bidding on great finds is too much fun!

Well, with new changes to MPM today, I'm going to stick it out with them some more. I think that in the long run they have more potential income. And yes, I don't think their website is very pretty, or easy to search and some other things. But, they're still new at this. So I'll give them a chance. I think both companies have their pros and cons.

I'm sure there will be mixed feelings about the changes in MPM for a while. Marketing Pond chose to remove MPM from its list as they no longer see it as a free opportunity ~ others are happy about the change. I'm sure things will work out alright for both companies, as they each have something unique to offer.

You certainly should go with what you enjoy ... that's what matters most! The best feeling in the world is being with a company you really love!

Yes, growing pains are something I would assume all new businesses go through.

I just hope people can consider keeping an open mind about what a business is about. It makes me sad to see an MPM person in this forum refer to the non-shopping people as "free loaders." Think about this... If a member is not promoting and doesn't get people to join, then they don't have anyone to free load off of. If they 'do' get people to join, then they have just increased the numbers for that company that much more ~ and those referrals may shop, which also helps you and your company.

Those "free loaders" are a part of why a business is growing. We all know how hard it is to get people to join, so isn't that something to appreciate? I would feel awful if my sponsor saw me as a free loader, especially knowing how hard I worked to get people to join.

I have a number of people in my BC team that don't shop, but some of them bring in referrals, and some of their referrals shop or bring in referrals. I think this is an awesome contribution and I am so happy to have them "all" on my team!

That's a big part of why so many of us love BigCrumbs so much .. everybody is so friendly and "everybody" is welcome!
