I have not come accross such a site. There may be GPT sites that pay with egold. But a paid survey site that pays egold just doesnt get detected by my radar.
Paypal sites are rare but there are some.

I haven't come across any Egold sites either. Though I do think there would be a good amount of people interested. Looking forward to seeing if any pop up here.
