I have not been able to do the training calls at all - really bad times for me. I understand they are now posting their webinars. I have not had a chance to look at them yet, but I wanted to share my experience so far.

I bought a bunch of REALLY cheap leads to get me started. I was easily able to load them in to the contact mate system. The system shows you an example and it was relatively easy to do. However, when I went to look at the contact information, I was showing "Coastal Vendors" rather than "Coastal Contacts". We talked to Scott at Contactmate and he showed us how to toggle through. He admitted that the vendor page should be taken out for our purposes. OK, so far so good.

We had one other issue. We have Windows Vista and they had to send us a patch because the program was developed before Vista. So for all of you out there with Vista, you will need to get the patch emailed to you. Again, they were very helpful and responsive to all of our issues and questions.

I have not blasted anything out yet. That is my next step. Baby steps!! Stay tuned.

Any others up and running?

Noreen
