Hi Judy,

I hope you have a great time on your trip!

Since you are a Level 2 member, you have unlimited condo stays at your fingertips. You are able to order them from the Condo Vacation order form which is Document #7 from FOD. You should also have received a copy with your package.

Don't forget to check out the condos available with your discount cards too - some of those are just as great!

Hi everyone,
So I'm leaving for Florida Friday at 5 a.m. 25 hr drive from Toronto and my husband and I both came down with throat infections and I have a fever!
Anyways, just wanted to update on my vacation. I am so excited to stay at the Celebrity in a 1 bedroom villa.
I did get my deposit returned from WWT for the 2 night stay I had booked although for some reason it took 14 days to deliver it in a 3-5 day tracking delivery option so I got my money back from Canada Post as well.

When I called the theme park 1-800 number I was quoted a price for Disney World that was $100 cheaper than the Disney websites and a few hundred cheaper than CAA. Unfortunately it was for the 7 night no expiry date option and we didn't want to invest in it in case we don't go back for a few years.
If anyone is going for that long though definitely buy it through our card.

We are not sure when we will have to stop along the way but I'm bringing my cards and directories with me to see what savings I can get.

Anyways, I'll take pictures and save everything for my testimonial.
Off to pack and try to sleep.

Judy

Judy I hope you and your husband feel better soon and have a great trip!

Here's a little testimonial -

My family and I were driving back from the CWB seminar last week and we decided to stop for a few nights in the mountains of VA. I only had one card with me (I wasn't thinking when I packed) and we still saved a little over $30 per night! I think that's great for an absolutely last minute stay...we actually tried the card after we pulled up to the hotel we wanted to stay in

Hello Judy

I hope you are feeling better.

I have just returned from 2 weeks in England and fell down the stairs 4 days before my return tearing a whole bunch of ligaments.. (physical therapist heal thy self)....not much fun holidaying when you are under the weather...

but upon your return if you wish to have to have your testimonials on the coastaltestimonials dot com site, please just email it to me

Lora that was a nice saving for a last minute stay as well.

cheers
maria

Thanks Jay,

I am able to hobble on my heel now, so I am feeling really lucky.

Those English stairs are so narrow and I live in a single story home here, so I am really not used to them anymore.

thanks again

I'm back from vacation! Maria, sorry to hear about your injury -at least you can nurse it at home.
We had a great time in Orlando and the resort was everything we expected. Celebrity Resorts was located about 20 minutes from Disney and Seaworld and the room was beautiful -just like the internet pictures. At first they put us in a mini suite which didn't have the full kitchen but when I showed them I had booked a one bedroom they happily changed us. Then we had a king bed and a queen pullout for the kids. The bedroom was separated and we had a huge jacuzzi tub and 2 T.V.'s A full kitchen and a washer and dryer so we were able to buy our groceries and eat most of our meals in our room so that saved us a ton.
The rate was through our Level 2 condo certificate which comes with the package and was $189 a person and $49 each for kids so $486 total for 7 nights. I thought they would charge us taxes and other things at the hotel but I only paid $7.56 for the safe and $40 for the internet for the week.
The rate that Celebrity quoted on their site was $605 (tax included). Although it is not a great savings as some of the locations I truly believe that I would not have found it if I hadn't been with Coastal as there are literally hundreds of resorts in Orlando and I had no idea how to choose one.
Not one time were we asked to participate in a timeshare presentation. They had children's supervised activities (which we didn't need) and my girls loved the pool. Other than the heat it was a wonderful holiday.
Unfortunately although we stayed at other hotels around the U.S. for 5 nights we were unable to book ahead as we just drove until we couldnt' go anymore and then stopped. Next time I will definitely book ahead using one of my discount cards.
Well have to get back in the groove of things with Coastal and my daycare -I'll have to read the new posts another night when I have more energy.
To everyone's success.
Judy

Yes, it is a grat resort. We stayed there for a week back in September. It was just as we say......The resorts have times when they have low vacancy. We checked in and it was very busy, but after the weekend....it was a ghost town.

Beautiful resort, great ameneties...and we got it through one of our membership cards.

Hey Jay or anyone in the "know" all of a sudden there is a new kid on the block marketing scam ...I mean scheme
it appears that there is sonething called reverse funnel system where you get to pay $50 to find out what the system really is all about and than you find out after you pay your $50 that it will cost you $300 a month to stay in and use the system, one person on another forum was so befuddled trying to use they system and no one would help him.

That doesn't sound like it should be legal.

Anyone else heard about it?

Any comments?

Also the new kid on the block is nothing more than phone interviewed leads from what I can gather.

Anyone??
