I am with Coastal and I have a question about the free vacation vouchers. Some of the ones I have are dated and some do not have a date stamped on them. Is is alright to write a date in there or did someone just not stamp them? Some of them say, "must be activated within 15 days of stamp date" but there is no date stamped. Can someone give me some advice on where to go from here?

Thanks for your help,
Becky West

Hi Becky,
Is it a voucher or the glossy you get back after you send the voucher in? Also, what specific trip is the voucher for?

HI Becky,

Yes, you can hang onto that and stamp it when you area ready to use it.

Harold,

1) One is the 8 day resort get-away glossy that came with the Level II package.

2) The Get up and Go 3 day and 2 night stay glossy. It says you have to activate within 45 days of receiving this certificate but the date is blank.

3) The Carnival cruise form level II package. It was the free trip that came with the package. It says "Mail your coupon within 30 days of issue date from your sponsor and that date is on the return envelope". I am not sure what that means at all.

Thanks,
Becky West

When you first purchase a Coastal Vacations [Link removed - Admin] package you get some vouchers AND some forms to be redeemed for vouchers.
Some of these vacations are also activated and must be taken within a year of purchase, but most forms need to be filled out and sent with a money order to NB Management.

Victorious,

These are the ones I sent away for. One was stamped and the others weren't. Is it okay to hand write this or do I need to buy a date stamp?

Hey Becky,

The best way for you to make SURE you are redeeming a vacation the right way is to get on the product training calls. The packages get updated very often, so get on that call and ask Stephanie or whoever is doing the call.

The number is 620-294-3000 pin 1103#.
This is the schedule:
Tuesday - New Associate Training
Wednesday - Level II & III Training
Thursday - Level I Overview

That way you can be absolutely 100% sure that you are getting the right answer to your questions about the Coastal Vacations packages.

I agree totally with Matt and his wife Catherine on this. The best place to get all your answers on the package are the training calls. This is an important benefit of being in Coastal Vacations and a resource so many overlook. We think we have to know everything. Understand we have a team of experts at our service all the time. It like we are the CEO of our company and we have a team that their job is to make everything run smoothly. They make these calls so you never lose a sale because you dont personally know something. We have the ability to tap into this knowledge at any time. Even better it makes our business so much more duplicatable.

You can teach a new member right from the beginning how to use the system. We have websites, profiles and training calls that they can tap right into. This shortens the learning curve immensely. I encourage everyone to learn what you can on your own but alway and I repeat always use the tools we have in place to grow your business.

Hi Becky,

You can simply stamp the date on it. This happens from time to time as the shipping center does employ hourly employees to ship and yes, stamp the glossies.

BTW...we have daily a new daytime Q and A call at 11AM EST, which is followed by a training call at Noon EST. Monday-Wednesday.

Tuesday at 2PM we have our B2B training and .... the one that might be more important to your question:

Wednesday at 2PM we have an Advanced Coastal Package Training call where you can specifically ask this question, but we're already got the answer.

ALSO..you can goto official coastal tools dot com and in the upper right hand corner is a place to ask your questions for evening training calls. The evening calls get very busy and often times it's not possible to hear questions...fyi.
