If you are not on the Coastal training calls of your group, then you are missing out. There is not another way right now to get live, updated information on what's going on in the Sales Center -or any group you are affiliated with- and learn how YOU can improve your marketing tactics with new trends and "cool stuff" that are working for the major money-makers in Coastal Vacations.

Do you want to make money? Do you want to get your Coastal business to the next level? Then you will need to be on those calls. We hear some Coastal members say that they are just not making as much money as they want to make with Coastal, and the first question Matt asks is: "Well, have you been on the training calls lately?". Guess what the answer is. NO.

So, I am encouraging you today to take an hour of your time every week and INVEST it in your Coastal business. Get on the training calls, learn from the pros, and get your questions answered.

You know....this is an important question. I goto the Coastal Seminars and I hear the same question....and get the same answer. The official Coastal Training calls take place DAILY and provide PROVEN training that creates six and seven figure income earners. No Fluff, No Bull, No Hidden Agenda....just training that provides you with Proven Results.

Tonight at 9PM EST we've got a training call that one of our Board of Directors will be going....Get On That Call....that's how you learn.

The new video email...if you've not used it...your missing out!!!

Absolutely, that is the only way to learn from the pros is to get on the calls. Don't try to reinvent the whell, just follow the steps of the ones that are already successful.

I am one of the trainers for the Sales Center and we provide the information our members needs to succeed. IF you are not on the calls, how do you expect to succeed? I'm not saying you couldn't, but we make it a lot easier for you giving you the information, no?

The training calls are a great place to learn about this business. I would like to point out that in the past months ive met alot of Coastal members that arent as involved in the team things as far as the training calls or seminars but are making great money at it.

I say this to encourage all of you that arent on the calls that you can still make good money in this business even if you arent at all the events or on all the calls. Now of course the calls and seminars are amazing resources. You learn from proven leaders in this industry and get great tips and strategies. I will say that most of my expertise in sales from previous jobs has served me well in Coastal. So never downplay your experience when you are growing this business.

I want to end with saying that the training calls are the best way to maximize some of the training of your team. Many directors utilize it exclusively. If I was a new director id much rather have Scot Chatron train my members on how to make calls. As a matter a fact I like the fact we have these leaders giving of themselves. Its like bringing in an expert to do on the spot training for your team. In addition it maximizes your time.

Many director really promote that they are there all the time and they answer every call from teammates. Im not of that school of thought. I say use the tools that are available. If it works for the other directors thats great for them but I like my time freedom. I do have business hours and all of my teamamates know how to get in touch with me during an emergency but I really like to have them become self sufficient. It allows them to train bigger teams themselves and not feel that they have to be the best at everything. I teach them to use the tools and training.

If you guys arent using the official training and tools site you are really missing out. They are packed with info and really give a new person every tool they need. I applaud the BOD for creating such a valuable resource.

I agree, the training calls are a must for all Coastal members. We do let our members know that we are there for them at anytime, anywhere. This is because especially when they are new to Coastal they need to feel like they are working with somebody that is going to be there to help them no matter what.

This is a fear many face and we take away that fear by being available to our people at anytime, and as they grow their own businesses they stop calling as much because they now know what to do.

But at the beginning it is normal for members to call and ask lots of questions.
