I'm looking for a Yay or Nay.

I only stumbled into this whole internet marketing arena a couple months ago when trying to earn pennies clicking on websites trying to earn some extra cash. I'm a SAHM with two small kids at home who take up the majority of my time. I will have to eventually go back to work because we are barely making it and borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. I'm doing surveys to earn a couple bucks a month but it's not going to make a huge difference. There are so many "get rich quick" websites out there! I've seen so many but am afraid of losing my money. I am willing to put time into learning the right way to do things, knowing it may take me longer than the person who isn't caring for kidlets and can work without distraction. I would be thrilled beyond belief to just eventually make an extra $200/mo. I would love to make enough to put my son into preschool which is about $300+/mo. I don't expect to get rich quick and I'm not wanting to do this to be a millionaire. Am I in the right place to learn? There were so many great reviews on the original thread, and then it was closed and turned into a whole forum... but some reviews seem not so thrilled anymore??

Thanks so much for your thoughts!

Tracy

Hi Tracy,

Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to learn what is involved in making money online and how to do it. It generally takes several months of serious study followed by several months of getting things set up online in order to generate significant income.

Place the horse before the cart instead of tossing up a website and trying to force an income.

Determine the major money making components and then learn a good amount about each one. Create a campaign. Put something online and tweak around with it.

That is the general order of things if you'd like to create an income stream that will sustain. Become and expert on one or more topics as you go along.

Welcome! You're in the right place to learn and ask questions, the people here are so helpful. You can make as much or as little as you want, it takes hard work, determination and patience, but you can get there. Just take it a day at a time and do what you can with what time you have. Good luck to you!

find something you are interested in first then start their, at least that way if you are struggling with making money online you can at least enjoy what you do while you are learning. I would recommend affiliate marketing as it gives you a good foundation into whatever it is you do decide to do. Stick around the forum for a week or so and you'll start to get a feel for the problems and solutions to many an issue.

Good luck and as always we are all here to help.
