I was wondering if anyone knows how to make effective use of craigs list? I've been looking around and haven't found any links or anyone selling digital products. Yet, I have read in a few places that the list is good for internet marketing. Thanks.

Craigslist is an awesome place to post.

BUT - be carefull on how you have your heading or description. THey could remove your post or flag it for deletion.

Try posting a small 2 liner in the Biz Opts section.
Hope this helps...........

Thanks LIMELIGHT 4 ME. So when you post, do you do an individual post to every single region? Or just one post in one region?

I don't think you can post to every region. Their policy states that you cannot put an ad in multiple categories or multiple regions.

I really don't know how people are posting multiple ads a day on Craigslist; it seems like they would get caught. If you had a different email address for every add you could set up multiple accounts with them.

The way I post is I write about 5 titles and 5 ads

Then i just mix and match so i can make as many posts as possible.

The just save your confirmation emails, copy the ads in edit , delete them and repost a few days later.

Craigs List has done nothing for me so far after four months of posting ads.

WOuld some people who are not getting ads replys back please post your ads? I'd be interested in seeing what you are posting that no one is replying to your adds. I will typically write something to the effect of:

Title: Great Independent Job online
Do you post online(myspace, forums, blogs)?
Do you know how to write an email?

If so I can show you how to create multiple streams of income from the comfort of your own home.

Email me for more information or visit:
www. ENTER SITE HERE.com(sometimes i'll just say email me

That's it.

I'll get like 5 replys to that which i then follow up with several ways.

Now if I can get replys to an posting like that I know anyone can get a reply to just about anything.

I'm going to be putting togther a "marketing" guide that outlines marketing concepts real soon on mysite which is still underconstructin but coming along nicely and now has an ORANGEY RED feel to it

Seriously though post some of your ads i'd be more than happy to take a look at them.

Yes, copywriting is very important, and also some subjects have a higher CTR
