I followed Pot Pie Girls guide and it was easy. I just have the basics and I need pictures but hey, its out there. If anyone would like to critique it please do so. I am just thrilled I got through it.

robincarolina,

Congratulations! It is a good feeling to accomplish something you haven't done before. I have learned a lot from the "One Week Marketing" by PotPie Girl also.

I don't know where spell check is on Squidoo, but if you use firefox browser, the spellchecker works automatically - or at least id does for me.

Hi Robin,

Both of your lenses look nice

M5 is right, FF does check spelling.

You can also get an add-on for IE called the Google Toolbar if you'd rather stick with that browser.

Nice lens robin

I interacted on your first lense and joined your fans club. I don't see the second one yet, hopefully by 10 am EST tomorrow it will be listed.

Now about the lens itself, if you are going to follow Jennifer's plan I think you'll need to divide it into 3 lenses, each one is focused on just one keyword, and connect them together.

Also try to get your main keyword bolded in the introduction, preferable at the very first line, and if possible hyperlinked to your hoplink. Do it for all of the three lenses (if you are going to believe me and divide it).

Good luck.

Thank you all. There is so much to learn.

Yahia, thank you for your interaction! How do I link the lens together? When you say divide it into 3 does that mean 3 seperate lens? To do all this bold and underlining stuff, I guess I need to go back to Newbie Shield's lens. I have it saved in my favorites. Is that correct that I have to use html codes to get all this done? AM I making sense?

You're welcome.

Yes robin, you got me right. And Newbie shield's lens is a good reference.

In a quickie, <b> your text </b> will make your text bold, and <a href="your link"> your text </a> will hyperlink your text to your hoplink.

To get squidoo link them togther use very unique tags in the three of them and squidoo will connect them for you in the "related lenses" secion.

Jennifer (potpiegirl) explains this in great details in her book. Just keep it open next to you while doing your stuff.

Hi Robin,

Great lens packed with information! I rated and commented on it. People in transition are always a really hungry crowd and it is a great niche to be in!
