Does anyone else have a problem with the short reads? My stats are at or above goal every week in all categories except the short reads and today I got a pin. I really feel like I read everything, just a little frustrating when your above goal in apo's but have a higher short read...and its not like its crazy about 20% instead of 10..any suggestions to help me lower this would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear your frustration... just try to read slowly on the offers pages. So far I haven't had too much of a problem with short reads. Then again I am from Mississippi, so I tend to be slower anyway. I am sure you'll figure it out. Best of Luck!

Was beginning to wonder if I was the only one on here from Missisippi. I am just beginning. Just starting my training. Not bad so far. Just hope I am able to get some hours once I am finished training. I am a little nervous though.

Don't worry clbuck1..the job isn't hard once you get the hang of it, just follow your scripting..and don't take anythng personally. I think I'm too type A personality and I'm pretty sure my problem is I am talking too fast through script..lol...think I just have to slow down..thanks for the tips..

I appreciate it momof3boys. I have my first webinar on Sunday morning. Not sure what to expect. Everything seems to be going so fast. I had no issues with hiring. I filled out the app online and within 2 weeks I am now training. Can you give me some insight on the webinar? Also what skill are you assigned? I have Citigroup. Guessing I will be answering credit card inquiries. Not really sure.........
