Do I still need a Webinar? Confused...

I finished DR training and received an email to call and set up a time for a webinar. I called and talked to a PAL who gave me an agent ID number and went through a few things on the website and expained about evaluations and so on. Was there something else I was supposed to do? She checked my computer and said I was ready to go. I see from another thread on here that it looks like Webinars last longer than that. I just put myself down for my first call taking time on Tuesday but that thread has me wondering...

Hi Daisy! My "webinar" lasted 9 minutes and then I was good to go! So, I'm pretty sure you are all set! I, too, work for DR!!

Thanks, yours sounds about like mine was. Well, I put in 2 1/2 hours yesterday only got about 5 calls. Screwed up on a couple, think I did ok on a couple. Had to call a PAL once. I think it will be an ok job once I get the hang of it. They should do some more training though-maybe some phone calls from a pal pretending to be a customer. It was a little hard with a different script showing up with every call. Guess it's sink or swim

Awww, you will do fine! And, yes, you do get the hang of it once you read the scripts more often!

Just take your time and read what's on the screen and always look around the screen for options such as the "R" if they don't want to hear anymore upsells, don't have an email address, etc.

Thanks, today went better except for a couple of glitches. I had one that wanted info but expressly refused to leave a phone number. I finally just put in zeros not sure if I should have done that but I had everything else. I did have an upsell(which I sold!) and read through those scripts and it really wasn't a big deal. Now watch I'll probably get some bad feedback or something but I thought today wasn't a big deal at all.
