Yes, I maxed out for Wednesday.

Cookie is the one who seems to keep track and remember what days hours are released for other days.

Remember when Thur-Sat. hours were posted at 2 A.M. Monday morning?

So far I'm seeing

Mon-Tues - posted on Wed. between 3-6 CST
Wed - posted on Thurs. between 2-6 CST
Thurs-Sat - is a wild card. a few times posted Sunday a.m, Monday a.m., Saturday evening.

I should just tell y'all when I will be leaving my house and then you can be sure to know exactly when to run to Spectrum to get some hours.

july i was reading the other forum, they make more than 50 hours per week, one of those agent talking about to get more than 60h. how come i dont know i thing they chet... anyway we need to have our eyes open! lolololol remeber whe u talk about bot.....
Thats why the shifts gone very fast when is a limit of shifts.....
Anyway let see and wait!!!

I'm calling WAH about this bot/macro thing again. It is very simple and easy to stop that kind of stuff. All they have to do is put in a verification box! You know, one of those things were you see a series of letters that look funny and distorted and then you're asked to type the letters in the box for verification. Bots/macros can't see those! It would be great because we'd all have to verify before we "accept" our hours. That way everybody would have to suffer equally and cheaters wouldn't get all the hours.

They need to hurry up and stop this.

Cookie, didn't you say that you spoke to a PAL (or someone) who told you that WEST was going to somehow disable the bots? I'm glad that you're planning to bring up the subject again with them. Sometimes I think that they really don't care as long as there are people working the shifts.

Have you been able to pick up a decent amount of trades? Hope so!

i have 2 feedback from english and spanish said: 1 feedback, possible 20, score 100 both said the thing ...
i dont have any pin or coaching, but i hear some other agents have pins or coaching.
I thing one of the principal reason to have a pin is if u miss a call so becareful guys, and about the coaching is when u click to much the busy line, in my case my calls is very variable, sometime i can get 5, 10 continue calls or maybe none, so i dont need to take any break at all cuz is very slow...
But if i go to the bathroom i take my phone with me, if i go outside to throw the garbage i take my phone with me, if i use any clean stuff to clean my house like vacuum, i also take my phone with me and i use my headphone, u know what i mean so like that i never lost any call.... and for that reason i dont need to take anybreak cuz i take a break all the time, when my phone doesnt ring , and is better when u dont click busy cuz they still pay u more. if u r in ur ade....(waiting for a call)

Remember break are 10 minutes (paid) Meals are 30 minutes ( not paid).


Also i read about some other agent already receive a skills invitation for t r us, how come i dont know i ask?

2: the same agent receive who receive an invitation also have compliment feedback and her name was on the board, how many feedback she had to be there, i dont know?, i ask her too lolol, waiting for answer, i dont know if maybe thats the reason that she receive already a skill invitations, already ??? not idea...

3: was up people lololol

4: what about our feedback anyone know how it workS??? cuz i ask pal once, and he tolde me , that the customer need to make a compliment how?, they need to ask? to speak with the supervisor and then: they say about how good its the agent????( good heal, emphaty bla bla bla )
I didnt know when the customer ask? to spoke with the supervisor if for that reason,(compliment) I tought they want to speak with them is because they are upset and mad...... right?? or maybe a friend call to make a compliment lolololo who knows?

well still waiting for shifts!!!!

All my feedbacks (5) have been fine and I never "make busy" either.

Don't know anything about receiving a compliment to be offered another skill . . . ? Toys R Us sounds fun, tho.

I have a corded phone so I'm pretty much chained to my desk. I bought 2 cordless phones, but had trouble with the charging. A PAL told me that the old-fashioned corded ones were much better.

oh thats good, u know what im just read that when we finish working we need to put in our eos about when: day and time, the customer say somthing to us: not the name but date and time, that is our feedback or what? cuz i dont undersntand yet???

i always after my shif end, i wrote oin my eos, good work none problem customer happy bla bla bla bla, or i making a mistake....
I thing we need to put date and time when the customer say something good about us? correct?, like to just putting in our notebook and when we finish just putting all the info......

Oh, I don't know anything about putting callers' comments in EOS.

I think feedback is based on a monitored call from West where they listen in and evaluate the manner in which you handled the call.

I'm brand-new to all of this, so . . . ?

All I know is that we need to show empathy, be polite and courteous, speak clearly, let the caller verify info, use "please," "thank you," and call them by name.

yeah u know the problem its that west get more attention in wpr09 english, and they forget about spanish recall lololol.
cuz is happen in our chat, in english chat pal answer ? very fast the chat moves a lot , but in spanish sometime u need to wait for a answer ;like 20 or 30 minutes 8(, anyway i dont thing that any pal speak spanish too, i had one customer who want to speak with a supervisor i ask pal and they told me is she speak english i said no!, so he told me that not one there speak spanish, so i dont thing, they listen us to much and in my spanish feeback said: answer phone with maytag (good), listen to customer (good)
bla bla bla, i ask pal also and he told me if i ahve 2 is amazing lololololololololollololololol.........(anyway i do more that i need to do, , and about thank you , info.... i always give them all info i can, cuz is very different english recall than spanish recall, we have more trouble find it a reapirmen in pr aereas cuz they live in rural zone, aslo we need to explain to then about that and also give then another infor. about when they purcharsed their unit and more bla bla bla bla.. so i dont really thing thats the problem? i thing is the spanish line, that not eveyrboidy have time to translate the calls! 8(
so if im amazing u july are +++++++++++++++amazing, fantastic lolololol

oH july yeah im new too lololol, so i dont have to much info...

I read today about a girl who was fired... reason she doesnt answer the calls all the time , but she say she always do, and she dont have any pin or coaching and great feedback, is very wierd.
she say the day that west fired her, someone get in her house, but she report pal about her incident and she continue working, but still! they fired her!
