XPARK: I apply in february in 2 weeks i got the e-mail for training, i start the training for direct response bilingual, but i failed like u. (what skills u failed?)anyway, i call pals i send, some e-mail, i try to contact everybody but notbody give me a good answer, everybody said this:
Dear Agent:
Unfortunately at this time, you were unable to successfully complete the training and as a result you are unable to continue with this skill at this time. Please await a contact from West regarding any additional opportunities that you may be eligible for.
Business and staffing needs will determine your eligibility to train on an additional skill. Should an employee be eligible to pursue an additional skill they will receive an Email and a message via the Urgent News Message board. As staffing needs mainly determine eligibility we cannot guarantee that you will receive an opportunity within any specific timeframe.

after i try everything:
i feel very sad, cuz i failed the test. I forget to do the screen shot, take a notes, i need lot a attention and print if i need it, i didnt know the training is gonna be like that buttttttttttttt............ look what happen i got more e-mail!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you do have an opportunity to test for another skill. Go to the employee website under URGENT NEWS and when invitations for a skill are available they will be listed. You can retest on the skill you failed, six months from the date your failed the test.

pd: i failed in february 12 or 13, i got the new chance or new invitation february 27 , almost 2 weeks after .
