So I have been promoting a couple clickbank products and I cant seem to get a sale on any of them? What do you guys recommend? Do you go higher gravity and try to compete or low gravity and hope theres no competition?

Good question. I do both. Either way, you want to know if the product is in demand, so what I usually do is do a search on cbengine.com. You can look up a product and see how in demand that product is. If no one is searching for the product, you should probably move onto the next product.

I have been trying for about 30 days using the Affiliate Allstars process. It recommends looking for low gravity.

I have reviewed about 10 different products and are available on my blog

That's correct, but there's two other parts to the formula. A product must also have some demand as well which is why I usually look for a gravity of around 10 (give or take) and check the Google search results to gauge the amount of competition from ppc and reviews. And the product must also have a professional (and believable) website without any leaks or other distractions. But if I need to promote a high gravity product, I can still usually do this through ppc by using the authors name as a keyword or with various misspellings.

Clickbank Products seem to come and go,I look thru the marketplace for programs that are current but not seen often,I think using the clickbank URL will turn people away,I always use a .com url and use the fowarding option.People know they can get the program almost for free if they have a clickbank ID...Don't try and seel a clickbank program to a clickbank member.

If a product does not convert, that doesn't mean its a bad product - it could simply be your approach and your ability to pre-sell the product. The type of traffic you drive to your website or blog may also not be targeted.

As a rule of thumb, the higher the gravity of a product, the better it will sell, although there are exceptions to this rule. You should be able to view the gravity in the CB marketplace.

I use paydotcom and I pretty much could sell any product off there. It has very little to do with the products you are selling but how you are promoting them. If you run around the net throwing your affiliate link everywhere people are going to look at it like something is wrong. Cloak the link with a a link cloaker (not free), make a website, post to forums with them in your sig, bookmark them and create a blog about some of the programs that are available.

There is a market for everything.
