Starting they paid me but now slowly they stop paying me for the work I done. I need anyone advise where should I report the case against this company to claim back my hard earning money.

I still not report to BBB because I don't know how to go about. Do I have to paid a fee to lodge a compaint? Where is the BBB website? Is it the complaint only for US, as I'm from Asia not US resident?
