I think that they have banned my IP!!!
I know that I'm an obnoxious diva, but I don't care!! I just need someone to help me INTERNET MARKET and set up my SITES!!

I haven't heard of WA banning anyone before, although I am pretty new. I also recommend contacting them like Getagrip suggested. Also, not everyone has the time or skills to help you with your websites. If you try hard you might find someone willing to take on a paid job, but many people aren't willing to (or know how to) do the jobs you want. Good luck with everything!

They didn't bann you - I think some of your frustration is because it's just not all coming together yet for you. (I have never used the WA program, but I have a pretty good idea of what it is..)
I know there were times when I was ready to tear my hair out when I was first learning this stuff but it takes time and the reason no one is biting on your offer is because it's not that easy and I for sure would not ever do all that work for someone else's websites!
If you want to go the affiliate route where you are doing affiliate marketing, you will need to build it up - it takes consistent effort every day to build it up.... and the only way I see for you is to work at it as you have time, until you get the nuts and bolts of it all.
If it were as easy as the media makes it sound to make millions online - everyone and his brother would be rich jerks.... this way it creates a few wealthy people that are willing to help others out as they KNOW it takes effort and work.

This vibe is probably the reason nobody will accept your offer.
How do you know if you have not put out the effort and studied the course?
The basics are laid out in a very simple format and easy for beginners to understand.
You can hire someone else to do your work for you.. try Elance, however it will be very costly.
Then later, you will find yourself right back to this place you are in today...how to get my website back on page 1.
The internet changes rapidly and you need to stay on top of the changes.
Otherwise, your website can disappear out to sea with the other forgotten websites.
Like I said earlier , working in a spirit of harmony with a touch of persistence is the only way.
