just was wondering if anyone used myspace to promote their business or make a myspace just for your business. I know for my personal myspace if I just put in my screenname or part of my name and another word or 2, it gets the top search result back. I am thinking this can be a good easy free way to get your business on google or yahoo search engines. Agree or disagree?

Personally I stay away from social sites like these as they seem to be heaven for scammers. There are many people here that do use it to their advantage.

I agree with pinkyparrot. There's too many of the invites for scams and spamming. You waste time trying to filter or rid of all the messages that ask you to be their "friends".

I dont use it, but many people are using it as an effective marketing tool. One of my friend is promoting pharmacy items in myspace. Sam
