How many people here have their home business presented on a DVD, which they can use as a tool to share with prospects?

Due to business cards and flyers usually ending up in the bin soon after a person takes hold of them, do you think that by having your home business on DVD is a much better method of promotion.

I come across alot of people on eBay selling (original) copies of their home business DVD to potential buyers for small money - sometimes for as little as a penny. Others list it as a freebie for the winning bidder of the main item that they are auctioning / selling.

I can't say I've done it, but its not a bad idea. Might as well put technology to good use!

I think it is a pretty good idea. Never thought of that.

I use DVD EVERY DAY when promoting my business.

It is a well explained by easy telling presentation of my business and the products. Also a brief intro to the payplan. I simply hand out (or send) a DVD and 2 samples of our products to all prospects free of charge.

There are several reasons to do this:

1)
You teach the new person that he/she do not need to be an expert to promote the business as the DVD tells it all.

2)
You teach the new person that he/she needs products to grow his/her business.

When I sponsor a new distributor I give him/her a free labeling program to make nice looking DVD's. I also provide him/her with the proper picture to use on the label. And I help them make 50-100 copies of the DVD.

This is an EASY way to build your business.

I've been toying with the idea of a physical mailing, just as a follow up.

proamo.... do you use DVD's or video CD's?

How to you use "economy of scale" to keep your per unit DVD cost down?

Do you have them burned out of house?

I've been looking at putting some audio and video on a CD...... but still trying to nail down the most useful content...... I want to market to my opt in leads, but also provide something folks can really make good ude of.

How do you work this?

Warm regards,

It is not a bad idea but it can become very expensive.

I am not sure if it would be worth it to do this. Unless you are doing extremly well and have money to do this.

The best way and the cheapest way of sharing your home business with as many prospects as possible is by using an email autoresponder.
