Has anyone used the Mymacronet range of ad submitters? What are their conversion rates and is the average cost of $20 for the life of the their programs worth it?

I have received many emails about these programs, but they remind me a bit of safelist advertising. I only ever use credit based safelists so I have stayed away from these.

If anyone has positive results from the Mymacronet Ad submitters I would also like to know.

The more traffic generating methods we can use the better.
