It is imperative to know the basic skill of photoshop. Here is a small tutorial composed by my friend Amits from NeoBux. "I will teach you how to create a simple glowing avatar in photoshop. 1) Create a new 100*100 image 2)Select the whole frame and fill it with a dark colour 3)Create a new layer 4)Type your username using the text tool 5)Bring up the Animation box 6)Create a new frame 7)Double click on the layer in which you typed your username 8 )Go to "outer glow" and copy my settings: 9)Now tween both frames. 10)Tween again: 13)Save your image as a GIF file: CONGRATULATIONS!
