Can the gathering of license plate data be used to provide a safer community? The police sure think so based on the use of Mobile Plate Hunter:
http://blutube.policeone.com/Media/4951-7-News-Denver-10-5-09-ELSAG-Mobile-Plate-Hunter
"being used in all 50 states and 14 countries"
"Who Dat" saying Narc That Car database can't be used to provide a safer community, "Who Dat"

FreeCashMan: "being used in all 50 states and 14 countries" Interesting tool.
Looks like a useful COMPUTER PROGRAM used by properly trained POLICE, on official duty, so they can actually do something IMMEDIATELY about the legal status of an automobile, or it's registered owner.
This has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with NTC of course!!
Which begs the question, WHY do they need NTC when, using this program, IMMEDIATELY gather all the data about ANY license plate they need?

OMG!...Is Narc That Car a scam?
Here are the bear knuckle facts on why you can't accept anything people are saying, on any of the network marketing websites, blogs, forums etc., of/from those attempting to discredit Narc That Car as a legitimate business opportunity, no matter how fancy there website is, or how smooth and slick talking their words are. The answer to the question of Is Narc That Car a scam-illegal pyramid, ponzi, is a legal one and not subject to a common man's opinion.
Not one of these claimed to be "mlm expert watch dog" naysayers, and haters of this business, has acquired the services of a mlm highly experience attorney to evaluate the legality of the business. Do you hear me, NOT ONE! Most likely because they can't afford too. So why on earth then would you trust their opinion or commentary at all.
And to put "icing on the cake," these naysayers have not even at least gone and try and meet and talk with the company to understand how Narc Technologies, an established 2+ year old company with a great reputation has chosen to take up the powerful arm of network marketing to expand nationwide, and why Narc That Car believes and understands its network marketing operations to be legal and proper based on their experienced legal counsels' advice in the formation thereof.
Now on the other hand, Narc That Car has publicly made it known that it hired 2 of the Top mlm highly experienced law firms in the formation and roll out of its network marketing operations. Additionally, even the legal mind of a District Attorney of Texas said "Not so fast" regarding these assertions of impropriety and illegality, and that "there is no criminal investigation" taking place. Nor are there any reports of people being scammed out of losing money. See this balanced news article from a Texas news company, Athens Review, http://www.athensreview.com/local/x1230894711/Narc-called-into-question. You can also see my initial commentary regarding this article at: Cash For Writing Down License Plates (Narcthatcar) - Page 6
See you don't see naysayers using that news article from Texas in full because it wouldn't help their unfounded claims and attempts to keep you from achieving a better financial future than them, when you make a careful analysis of what was stated.
Now our group has leaders from Atlanta, GA that have actually gone to the corporate office building that Narc That Car owns, and met with top executives on 2 occasions (most recently on 2/4/10), and has even established a direct liaison that presently only our group has to help ensure the success of our group members and resolution of any business challenges.
We've directly talked with Narc That Car, we know exactly what is going on as presented direct to us by the company, and where the company is going with this business. We've conducted serious face-to-face reliable due diligence to make sure we who are a part of this business were on the right track with this great opportunity, along with those that would follow.
You, who are looking for a great opportunity, with optimal timing and unprecedented uniqueness that could lead to revolutionizing and causing a paradigm shift in the network marketing industry can and should take a serious look at this business, "SEE IT and SEIZE IT", as I like to say. Or, as is your right, you can listen to non-credible naysayers and live in Fear of losing $100/$50 start up cost for a business that could have great financial rewards for many, many years to come.
We'll be talking more about his on our live Q & A call on Sunday 14, at 9:30pm, join us and get more of the Facts On Narc That Car so you can make a wise decision that best suits you.
The big thing one really has to watch out for is being mislead by the naysayer who is caught up in dwelling on the negative and could very well be broke, busted & disgusted, and simply trying to keep as many in their state of being as possible.
The Facts show the naysayers and haters are as the saying goes simply just, "talking loud and saying nothin'."
Pursue hope of a better financial future, a better life, whether with this business or another by evaluating things thoroughly with knowledge and information from viable sources that best help you make an informed wise decision.
Blessings in all your endeavors for a better and enhanced life.

FreeCashMan either doesn't know the difference between a QUOTED STATEMENT, and a WRITER'S PARAPHRASE, or he is deliberately trying to misinterpret that newspaper article:
FreeCashMan: Additionally, even the legal mind of a District Attorney of Texas said "Not so fast" You are directly misquoting the article, AND misquoting what "a District Attorney of Texas" said.
Here is the relevant section of that article:
Athens A new multi-level marketing business has some residents in Henderson County claiming foul play. But the District Attorney's office says, not so fast.
Now notice, there are NO QUOTATION MARKS around the phrase 'not so fast'. The writer of this article is attempting to PARAPHRASE, in his own terms, what the DA actually said.
You can see that basically the article writer is saying that the DA can not determine "foul play" until after a thorough INVESTIGATION.
The DA does however, make it very clear there IS in fact, an investigation going on to determine the validity of the accusations.
But NOWHERE does the DA state: "Not so fast". As anyone can see, that is a paraphrasing liberty taken by the article writer!
Here, from that very article, is is what the Henderson County DA actually DID say regarding this matter.
The Henderson Count's DA released statement:
The District Attorney's office has received numerous calls and complaints inquiring into the legitimacy and legality of a Dallas-based organization recruiting local citizens...
Here is ALL of that official statement as taken verbatim from that same newspaper article:
District Attorney Scott McKee released a statement Wednesday afternoon:
The District Attorney's office has received numerous calls and complaints inquiring into the legitimacy and legality of a Dallas-based organization recruiting local citizens. The business advertises itself as a company building a national database through membership which can be used by law enforcement, banks, car dealers and rental agencies to quickly locate people or vehicles. Many of the callers are concerned that they may be the victims of an illegal "pyramid promotional" or "multi-level" marketing scheme. Pyramid promotional schemes are illegal in Texas under Business and Commerce Code section 17.461.
The District Attorney's office is currently in the process of inquiring into the legitimacy and legality of the organization and its practices, especially as it relates to local citizens. McKee also indicated that he has been in touch with the State Attorney General's Office and has sought their assistance in the matter.
Once again, at the end of that official statement quoted above, the writer PARAPHRASED where he said:
McKee also indicated that he has been in touch with the State Attorney General's Office and has sought their assistance in the matter.
FreeCashMan: and that "the legal mind of a District Attorney of Texas said ...there is no criminal investigation" taking place. Again FreeCashMan, you are MISQUOTING.
There are NO QUOTATION MARKS around the statement "there is no criminal investigation" in the article. The person who wrote the article made that statement! A PARAPHRASE once again, of what the DA had to say.
Read the article and note which statements are actually quoted statements of DA McKee, and which is a statement MADE BY THE ARTICLE WRITER!
As copied from that newspaper article:
McKee said this is not a criminal investigation.
"We just want to ensure that there is no merit to the complaints we have received," McKee said. "Narc That Car is cooperating fully with what we have asked of them."
This does appear to be a balanced article in some ways. But only the most naive among us would think that all news articles are written by people with no opinion whatsoever on the matter.
I wonder about the view of this writer when he uses the word "naysayers", as referring to those who have been making the complaints central to this article's topic.
But again, notice the same writing style - PARAPHRASING Forester's statements in this section. The QUOTED STATEMENT that follows clarify what in fact, Forester is QUOTED as having said.
And ONCE AGAIN, Forester's ACTUAL WORDS follow the writer's PARAPHRASE:
Naysayers claim there is no product being sold, therefore people are being asked for money with nothing in return, and the promise of getting rich quickly.
Not the case, according to Forester.
"Our consultants are paid to gather 10 license plates per month, and post them on the website, and where they saw them," Forester said. "They also get paid five percent on the information their recruits gather and post. If they have a recruit that gathers $100,000 of information, they get paid five percent of that."
And finally, a very revealing QUOTE by Forester, again preceded by the writer's PARAPHRASE writing style:
Forester says he has some of the top legal counsel in the MLM profession working for him.
"We hired two of the best attorneys when I started this business," Forester said. "They have over 60 years of law training in multi-level marketing business. They worked with Amway, one of the largest MLM's in the country.
So, NTC has it's own Dream Team!
At least we now know where some of the money collected from the currently reported 15,000 members goes.
You know: The $1,500,000 dollar in NTC down payments ($100 'startup cost' from each of 15,000 current members) and $4,500,000 in annual income ($25/monthly or $300/yearly for a website)!!

Narc That Car is soo great an opportunity copy-caters trying to make their fortune with NTC's concept. Here's a video that gives you a thorough unbiased break down of the comp-plans of the two companies.
http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=2hqxk44&s=6
D.N.A. used a Free marketing approach to attract a ton of people in a few weeks, only to later hit them with an upgrade requirements to make any serious money without hassle. Besides their Free version mandates required submission of plate data on forms to be used for each plate. With the inherent headaches with paper work these days over automation that often makes certain business activity impractical to run and not efficient business, many people will probably feel mislead by the company and their free approach that just isn't going to make for good business operation. And their isn't any residual income in the Free version.
Residual income will set you free, that's why jobs put money into a retirement plan by force, so you can be set free Problem is their freedom plan doesn't work out well. When you have situations where the Stock market, DJIA, is in the same place it was 12 years ago.
When D.N.A. hit the seem I was approached by several to get on board and promote the business because it was "free" but having been an active full-time online business person, I'd seen this type of things several times, and was waiting on the "real deal" to come forth. In past experiences, I saw less than 10% upgrades of the free registrants, and that is when people knew there was going to be a cost up front to make big money. It will be interesting to see what happens here, where there was carefully crafted hyped marketing to entice people into thinking that mega dollars would be easily made for free. All that Glitters Ain't Gold!
My Spirit told me to stay put with Narc which had an established proven business model and operation, glad I did, but for those that feel D.N.A. is a better option for them I wish you the best.
Taking advantage of a great business opportunity is essential, if only to diversify one's income to not be subject to the crumbs that too many people's jobs leave them with.
Narc That Car Is Great and positioned to clearly change a many of peoples financial future for the better, but even if you pass it up for some reason, pursue something that will give you a chance at greater financial freedom.

Sorry folx, but THIS is worth another post:
Re Investigator's earlier post:
Ajamu Kafele.
A man by the same name, in the same Ohio county and city and at the same street address listed in the Cash For Car Plates domain-registration was charged civilly earlier this decade with practicing law without a license. Jah has neither confirmed nor denied he is the same person.
The Ohio Supreme Court ruled in 2006 that Ajamu Kafele had engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in a banking and mortgage-foreclosure case involving a third party, and assessed him a $1,000 civil penalty.
Kafele was enjoined by the Supreme Court from further unauthorized practice of law.
Guess who Ajamu Kafele is? None other than JAH himself !!!
Anyone ever respond to Jah/FreeCashMan's come ons, and actually gotten his OHIO State phone number?
The same phone number that is on each of the KAZILLION emails you'll get after you sign up under Jah/FreeCashMan for more information about NTC?

I'm sorry I have to lock this topic. I believe this thread is going a bit out of hand and turning more into a bashing than a healthy discussion. Legitimate or illegitimate, time will only tell.
