I am a gold member of Veretekk, and it is very overwhelming at first. But like everything else you have to listen to their training calls and apply. I still do not understand everything .

I am a silver member from waaay back, apparently - I didn't even know I had an account until I tried to register recently!

This sounds like a great deal but I have one question someone with experience may be able to answer:
How well does Macintosh OS X, work with Veretekk, and the various 'tools' etc. offered?

I see that they recommend Internet Explorer 6, which is not compatible with Mac OS X.
Well, it MAY be, utilizing Macintosh's X11 program - a separate install on MAC OS X, and I guess, a new situation for my computer to be operating under.

So... anyone with MAC OS X experience with VERETEKK?

And/or, how could I find out more about MAC OS X + Veretekk?

I am seriously considering joining Veretekk and immediately upgrading to the Gold Package. Although from reading this thread, the learning curve seems to bother a lot of people. How many hours per day of studying how to use Veretekk are we actually talking about spending guys? I would be getting in to promote my primary business, the majority of my time is focused on that.

Google and you wil see my Veretekk site sitting there

That SERP work was all done with Veretekk by me

Veretekk works for people who are capable. if you
aren't capable maybe you should try recruiting
your friends and family and see where that gets you.

My Veretekk queston, along with how well it works with MAC OS X, is how much does this dreaded 'learning curve' amount to?

How much time does it take to learn V.
Or get functional and productive.

How much time does it take to ascend the learning curve?
And what exactly does V show you how to do?

Some parts of it don't work well with OSX - or maybe
at all. I'm not sure I would use V-Gold if I didn't have
a PC.

You can get a PC machine for marketing very cheaply
these days. There is a lot of cool marketing software
available for PC only so it's a worthwhile investment
for the person who is indeed serious about the internet.

Veretekk does a lot of stuff. Most people get in there,
see the "Hammer" and say "Oh gee. I 've found my
magicmoney button - I'll just click this all day and
I'll surely get rich!" and very little happens for them.

Veretekk's real strength is with SEO stuff. With V-Gold
you get about 35 "traffic portals" and you can link them
togther... then promote them all with various link-building
methods. The search engines start to notice this "web"
of sites all linking to one another and then if you link
those portals to YOUR own website you'll get traffic
and SERP for that too.

Press releases are a big part of it. If you just master
writing press releases that's enough to get a lot of traffic.

Add the PR stuff to the link-building stuff and you start to
have a powerful and cost-effective way to get your
webpages noticed by both Search Engines and real people
who read your stuff.

If you refuse to work on communicating your sales message
you'll lose the whole game however - it boggles my mind how
people want to make money but they aren't willing to either
work at getting better at writing clearly or work on the phone
- you gotta do one or the other.

Using Veretekk traffic portals and a sensible but relatively
lazy back-linking strategy I nailed the number 2 slot
on Google for "automated marketing system" (quotes not
needed) for a not-veretekk site.

It's mostly about backlinking... no magic formula to it.

If you are going for a super-competitive niche I cannot
vouch for the effectiveness of traffic portal linking... they
probably won't be nearly as valuable as hard-to-get links
from PR 6 and up authority sites.

Veretekk is all about how you use it. If you don't understand
the making of concentric circles of linked pages around your
target site I suggest you subscribe to Harald Anderson's
"Feed The Spiders" list. He's an SEO pro who explains it
all well. He doesn't use Veretekk though so you'll have to
connect the dots for yourself.

There are other companies out there that will do the SEO for you as well if this is complicated and/or time consuming at a reasonable monthly cost. I use one because of a lack of time that works well after a couple of months. It takes a while for SEO to work. Conversely, there are people on this forum that are very good at doing this themselves, without using a co. to assist them. You may want to read through some of the posts in other sections here for assistance.

I don't know much about Veretekk but I do know a little about SEO. Its not that difficult to be indexed for very specific keywords like Veretekk or any other company name.

Quick summary: Use the name in the title and make sure the specific keywords are bold in the first paragraph and the last. Make sure you Digg your post as well as use social bookmarking. In no time your article/post will be indexed. The more articles/posts the better.

The more difficult task is to become indexed for more searched/generic sets of keywords. That takes time and more knowledge. I could go on but I have not perfected that yet!

I have just been introduced to Veretekk a few days ago. It cought my eye as a way to promote my online business. I had no idea that it was a "get people to sign up" type of plan. Can someone with a good amount of time with this company answer me something? I sell leads (Mortgage, Insurance, Financial) online. Would this company help with that? The system sounds amazing for what it does, and I can't find much bad press about the company, I just want to make sure that along with generating income from promoting the V system, I will also be increasing my online business as well.

I have been a free member of Veretekk since it was first released.
It is a bit challenging to figure it all out and I am sure it will do
much more then I know of.

My question is to you MalibuMentor since it appears you are a huge
fan and might know the answer: Do you think that Veretekk can be
used to generate traffic and leads to a membership site that I own
or is it designed mainly to generate leads for mlm type businesses?

I own several membership sites and my target market is Internet
business builders... mainly those that need hosting for their websites.

From what I have seen by briefly stumbling around the inside
of Veretekk is that it is designed mainly to generate leads for
the mlm type business which I have no interest in... perhaps I
have the wrong impression.

I already have an autoresponder system that I am happy with
so I would not necessarily need that feature of Veretekk but
if I could bring people to my membership sites then it would
be worth joining.

One thing that has always kept me from upgrading and
checking it out further was the initial costs of entry... I would
have upgraded years ago if not for that.

Many of the traffic portals are designed to attract the
sort of people who are either actively searching for
ways to make money online, or are struggling and
unable to afford things they want - so they search
for and find the computer giveaway, the free vacation
site.

The system will build a list of people for you who will
be receptive to making money or buying services that
will help them make money.

Many users of Veretekk promote MLM programs but it
can be used to build and manage a massive email
list to promote anything.

I agree with most of what's been said here, actually this thread is the reason I signed up to contribute to this forum.

I thought webman's question deserved a full-bodied answer about the Veretekk system. Yes, you're right on the surface it does seem to promote portals that are targeted to a different crowd than people who are looking for a "biz opp," but the really cool thing about Veretekk is that you can use the portals in a supporting role to naturally promote whatever you want.

In essence you can create your own "traffic portals" with the Veretekk assets, use your own autoresponder, and promote your websites however you want. The advanced trainings go over doing this.

Naturally some of the portals are better than others to target your specific market, but when linked together the Veretekk system can and will drive tons of traffic for you, as it has for me.

I have been a Gold Veretekk member for almost 2 years now. In that time, I have gotten several of my portals recognized in top search engine results for the keywords and keyword phrases I am targeting. This drives targeted traffic to the portals I choose and in turn, generates leads. I have also learned that your many Veretekk email addresses should be used to sign up for every free offer out there. In short, you want your Veretekk email addresses on as many email mailing lists as you can get on. All incoming email to your Veretekk email addresses in captured by the Veretekk system, duplicates are sorted out and new ones captured. You then have the right to market right back to these email addresses. In short, I have managed to build a list of good spam-free email addresses that numbers in the tens of thousands and my list grows daily. I have my autoresponders set to respond everytime a new email comes in - automatically marketing my business opportunities.

Used properly, Veretekk is powerful and can build system-wide traffic to enormous levels.

I tried Veretekk once and it didn't work for me. Wait, let me re-phrase that. I wasn't successful at it. There's a difference. Maybe I was too impatient to give it the time to work--hell, I know I was. I would love to have another go at it but I can't afford the Gold membership now. I've always felt that in giving up on V I had left something that could have been very successful for me.

Veretekk apparently works if worked correctly. One man, malibumentor, has been here posting for better than 2 years, validating the system. Only thing is malibumentor I can't find your link. I'm interested in looking back into veretekk. I had signed up a long time ago and just used the lead blaster that got me know where, but I see that using the portals is the way to drive traffic based on what I've read from your post. I think this will work well to drive great leads to my free cash system. Please direct message me your referral link.
