Hi Everyone! It's been a crazy couple of weeks. Between school mommy drama and the H1N1 virus shutting down our schools I haven't been able to get on here or worry too much about work.
I finished my Toys R Us (TRU) training and will be waiting for the e-mail to let me know when I can start fighting for hours there too. I'm going to take it slow with TRU because there is soooo much to remember. I will be working Whirpool until they kick me off. I'm convinced now that Whirpool is better than any skill out there.
Saw lots of trades for Saturday. Thinking I might work a little in the morning. Hope all has been great with you!

Hey Cookie!
I, too, finished TRU training and am waiting for the webinar. (Tried to attend the one that was scheduled for Friday night, but after holding for 25 min. I found out that it was cancelled. I did not receive notification.  )
I still wish that we could get more than 40 hrs. working 2 skills . . .
Are you making notes to help with your TRU calls? (Other than the notes you probably took during training.)
Sorry to hear about your Mommy trials-and-tribulations. Glad things seem to have calmed down for you, though.

PLZ CHECK TRADES FOR 6:00 TO 7:00 CENTRAL TIME OR 7:00 TO 8:00 EASTERN TIME.... IS SPANISH TRADES I NEED TO GO OUT , AND I THING I GOING TO COME LATE AFTER 7:00 .....

I just found this board about a week ago. It seems no one uses it anymore. I have been with west 2 years and was with d*l when it went under. I was given the C*t* skill and it took 4 months toget my logins. Then they gave me Ava*a, which turnedout NOT to be a skill. I haven't worked in 6 months yet they are hiring new people. I just don't get west. I figure I will not get a skill again until V*g*i holiday.

ohhhh well i never have problem with my hours, cuz we share infor.with other agents ....
And yeah they post hours on wednesday!

i used to post here when the hours r ready but then i get tired !

Hi everyone,
I have a question about the tru line, I just finished the training and while I passed all the test I am still a little confused about the creating an event part, do we have to document the name,# and all other info of every caller or just the ones that are escalated, in the examples it had people calling for policy questions that even if we answered we still made notes of it and marked it as closed. But at the end it said you did not have to document the info unless you escalated it, I am confused.

well, u need to create an inccident for every little call, it doesnt matter how little, if cust, call u for store location , creat an inccident , custo. call to ask you what time it's create too, lolololol.
you only escalate when u have a problem, if cust, didnt received a coupon, gift card problems, request XXX problems. and you always need to close the inccident, we dont leave it open NEVER, we onna have webinar for the rewards, today at 6pm ct and friday at 2pm....
toy r us is not easy but u will get use to that by time.......REMEMBER ur first shift just grab 30m...u will see later why!!!!
