I was also hired and have the new hire orientation on April 14th. Do they call you on that day or do you get any emails before the new hire orientation. I am just nervous because from the day she said I was hired and I sent all my stuff in I have not heard anything or gotten any confirmation. do i just wait until the 14th for the phone to ring?

I accidently found this forum from surfing the web...I had my phone interview with Cloud 10 yesterday morning and my application shows to be in a "holding status"....does anyone know what this actually means? Has anyone started with them yet?

I actually have everything completed an have and interview set up for April 26. That is this Saturday at 9:30 a.m. mtn time which would make it 11:30 est I think. My question is what is the interview process consist of and is it something I need to stress over or relax. I always freak out for interview type things. I also have had no problems with any of the steps that Cloud 10 approved me to move on to,thankfully. I also would like to know do they give you your hours during the interview process or when do you get that info. How long does it take to go through training, and then start actual work ?

I have worked with Cloud 10 for 18 months. Their HR Manger is Judy Morris and her email is [Email removed - Admin]. When it was just getting started is was a little shakey, and I believe they got overwhelmed with the amount of people they had, and were scrambling to get clients - but I believe the last 6 months have come together nicely. I work on the T-Mobile project, and have had very good success. They are becoming a good company to work from home.

Hi
I applied at this company passed the skills test and then they sent me a document saying they needed to test my pc on pcpitstop.com. The test cuts off at the section where it checks cookiesIf you look on the pcpitstop forum this is a problem for a lot of people.People from everywhere getting the same error message. Seems like there are some issues in the administrative department.

I work for cloud 10 and they are wonderful! It's not a scam. They don't ask for any money but they do have requirements for your pc and dsl.Good Luck to anyone applying! See you in chat

Hey everybody! I am new here but have also applied to Cloud 10, my 1st round I had trouble and I guess my app timed out but I have reapplied and am now waiting for my phone interview on Sun. I really hope this works out because I am on SSDI and hoping to supplement my income. I can't seem to get a job anywhere else because once ppl find out you've been on disability for 4 yrs they just kind of shun you so this seems like a great opp. Does it take a long time to start training once you have your interview and pass everything? Just curious, Thanxs

You need to go email [email protected] and let them know your problem that you are having. I am hired and working for cloud10...It is a long process but is very rewarding!

The "on hold" status means that Cloud10 is finding a project that they think you would be good for and once they do that they will contact you through email. It could take a while...

Just wanted to encourage those that are applying or waiting for interviews to be persistent. I have been employed with Cloud10 since 2006. I enjoy working for them very much.

If your console shows application on hold, you have completed the hard part. Keep checking your email for project offers. I cannot reveal the names of clients, however we do have projects for some well known companies.

I have heard from a friend of mine in HR that we are ramping up to hire for a large project. I am not sure of the start date, but have seen activity here to indicate that we are gearing up for something big!

Thanks to everyone that has applied and went through the interview process. If you did not receive an interview call at specified time and date, please reschedule. I know that they do get busy with interviews and can miss an appointment. We are working at improving this process and fully staffing in this area.

I recently applied to Cloud 10 and got as far as the skills assessment. I waited two days but didn't get an email confirming I had done it and sending me on to the next step, so I emailed HR and got a reply that they are not currently hiring.

Can a person work less than 20 hours a week with Cloud10? I like the idea of having a set schedule, but I do not know if I'd be able to do 20 hours. This would be a second job for me and I was thinking maybe 10-15 hours.

Hi.

I applied with Cloud 10 last night and received an e-mail to complete Stage 1, which I did and again, immediately received an email. this time they asked me to take the skills assessment, which I completed easily. After the assessment posted, I received a 3rd e-mail stating,

"Thank you for your interest in employment with Cloud 10. At this time we have enough candidates in process to meet our current needs so we are putting your application on file. As soon as we require additional At Home Professionals, we will contact you so you can complete the hiring process. Cloud 10 would like to thank you again for your interest in our company."

Does this mean there is no hope of working for them in the near future, or that I should wait a short time and expect to hear from them? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks for any insight!

Hi Cassie,

I was reading thru some old posts to see if I could locate the info I wanted and I saw your post. I have a phone interview in the morning and wondered if you could give me an idea what the pre-qualification round of questions were like?

Much Thanks,
Sherri
