Hi Tracy (blueroses)
I had a interviewe last night also and I received a email a couple of hours later saying that Im on hold until they find a project for me, which could be 2 days or a couple of months. I was wondering if you have heard back from them?

Thanks,
Kim

Hi I had a prequalification interview this morning and was told they were hiring around the begining of the week and that I was on hold. Could you tell me what the next step would be?

Just wondering if any of you out there that have worked for Cloud 10 if this is a job where you actually get a W-2 at the end of the year? I would like to have a job like this so I can report income. Also, how long does it take from the time you complete the application until the time you actually start working?

I've been put in an "on hold" status with Cloud10. The rep said I would receive an email when a project came up. Does anyone know if this means I'm working with them or not? Thanks!

De_nise:
If anyone is currently working for this company, I would appreciate a contact phone number for the support team or the HR department, I've received several confirmation emails, letting me know to advance to the next stage however, I've recently received an email with a link to advance to the next stage, but the link is bad. I've emailed the HR department, and the Support department, but the only response I receive it an email letting me know that my time is running out for the completion of the hiring process. Thank you for any information you provide.

This is the info I have:
(303) 952-3215

You can also check out the Secretary of State for Colorado. They have loads of info

I currently work for cloud 10.

They pay by direct deposit every two weeks. They take out the taxes for you. Once you start training, you wont get paid for about a month. You have to pass certification to get paid the lump sum they tell you about in the email for the opportunity. I started in October. My firstpaycheck was Nov 14th. Basically you do the training and "nesting" (live calls with supervisors assisting you) and get paid on the first pay period after that.

Kathead... I made it through the initial interview and I have gotten a offer. I wanted to know a couple of things, I really appreciate your help...
1. how long to projects usually last?
2. can you change projects if a better one comes along, or will you not get offers while on a project?

Also, I am confused as to how the calls are set up. I purchased a usb headset (Plantronics 770) and I have no clue how or what to do to be able to use them with my phone? Is there a program that I will need to download one a project starts that will give me the capabilities? Will I not have access to my house phone while I am working? Do I need another phone line? I get my phone service through Comcast, which is also my High Speed Internet provider (through my modem.) I am just worried that I am not prepared. I suppose that my interview will take a little longer because I am going to bog her down with all of these questions. Just hoping I get a little information before then. Thanks again.
