Can anyone tell me how long it took to get log ins after webinar? Also what did you need for the webinar -
one other questions - can't seem to log in to west site for hours - is this a separate log in from west@home site - cause that one is case sensitive and the west site says it isn't - help please?

nuctread,

None of us on this forum have yet recieved our logins. We just recently, completed the webinar. As far as the site for hrs...that would be under the spectrum click on it and you will see hrs available but you cannot start work or shedule hrs until you get your login/password. You can reach a pal if you have any other questions we cannot answer here.

So here is my stupid question for the day (probably not the only one, but the first one anyway) How come the shop nbc skill, instead of saying something like shop, or nbc when it is listed says WS? What is that? and am I the only one who thinks it looks more like VVS? or is it? is it W or VV?

According to the guy who lead my webinar it is V V S, without a space in between it looks like VV. Very similar to W. But why it is that, who knows.

Well I am glad I know what it is but what the heck is V V S ? Oh well, I suppose I shouldn't worry about such.

Ok guys, I'm really starting to wonder what the deal is with ShopNBC hours. I've been checking several times everyday and have never seen any hours posted for the week beginning tomorrow, the 13th. All there are is a a few trade hours available for Monday and nothing for the rest of the week. WTH?

Hi,
This message is for rsoler001. I am a newbie and have recently applied to West. I use to work for them years ago at the actual call center. Loved it but had to move away. I am going through the application process now but I came across a forum where you offered a list of legitimate at home jobs to another person and I would love it if you would share that information. I am about to become a stay at home mom and need all the help I can get. Please let me know. The information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Tanya from AL

Did anyone get an e-mail from west encouraging you to pick up hours because they need help? As far as I know I have not received my logins yet so I couldn't pick up hours. Has anyone received their logins yet?

I took my webinar this past Sunday - trainer had technical difficulties with everything and didn't know why things wouldn't work. Finally after 1.5 hrs she said we need to reschedule, so now I have to wait until Thurs night for the next webinar. Why so few webinars when I keep getting emails that they so desparately want us to go active??
When someone finally gets their log-ins will you tell me how long it took - really wanted to start making some extra money but someone said it can take 2 weeks to get log-ins - again why so long?

Yeah, I got the same email. And no, I too have not received my login yet. It's really starting to cheese me off. To top it off every time I do go look at the available hours it looks like there is hardly any.

I'm thinking that we are all screwed. Most, if not all, of us here haven't even gotten our logins yet. And I get these emails saying there are hours, but when I look there are NONE available. I just looked and there are NO hours available for this entire week. Makes me think they don't need any of us, looks like they already have to many people working ShopNBC. Either that or ShopNBC is dropping West as the company who handles their calls.

I suppose I could overlook the e-mails because they probably just go out to all employees on that skill, but the lack of available webinars and long wait on the logins make no sense to me. I have also looked at the hours and while I was expecting the board to be totally green, there were none available. They have done some odd things in the past but I have never had this experience before. In the past, every time I started a new skill they had tons of hours available to start with.

I just checked again and this week is now mostly green, lots of hours, I guess they just posted them. Too bad I can't pick any up.

Well at least there are some hours now, although between your checking and mine they must have been snatched up. There is only a few hours each day, except for Sunday which is still mostly green.

Man, they went fast, almost none on any day now. I guess this means we are going to have to figure out the exact time they post and snatch them up. I am wondering if I should call a pal and ask about the logins even though I just had the webinar Thursday. I guess I'll wait a few days, I don't want them to read me the line about how it hasn't been long enough.

ok vagabond, Eber and rest!

I'm bushed, tired, exhaused, slugglish, sleepy, hungry you named it I'm feeling it! I'm finally in the new home and Gosh so much to do. Missed you guys! Had to get a hit today So, I put up my computer and first thing I did check email got my logins from West Yesturday night...Problem is there are no hrs not surprised I picked up someting for next week but hrs are late! anyway...probably won't work them because I need to put a second landline in the new home and that's not coming in until next week. Has anyone else gotten there logins? Keep me posted. I'm going to be doing orientation for another wahj Saturday so , that will be supplemented my income. Because, it looks like the hrs posted for shopnbc are grabbed in seconds! that is so frustrating! My next goal is to find out more or less what days/hrs? shedule are posted. That itself is a job 1/2! Till later guys gonna take a nap can't think/type right now...

Glad to hear you've made the move. Yeah, I got my logins today as well. I'm really depressed about lack of hours though, looks like they have to many people on this skill to me.

Ugh!!!! Anybody who got their login have a problem with it? I had two half hour shifts today and couldn't get the oracle login to work. It got to the part where it wanted me to change the password, and no matter what I tried it kept giving me an "authorization failure" error message. I talked to two different PALS who said they'd ok me for the two half hour shifts I missed and that it could take 24 hours to reset my password then I get to try it all over again.

Why did you have to change the password?
